Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order with Fairfolk Farm, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. The Service

Fairfolk Farm provides a crop share reservation and subscription service. Our products are farm-fresh, perishable goods. Availability is seasonal and subject to harvest conditions — we cannot guarantee specific products in any given period.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• One account per person

4. Orders & Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment
• Quantities are limited and subject to availability
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations

Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the harvest or delivery date. No refund within 48 hours, as produce has already been harvested and packed for your order.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available in designated zones (Eastern Edmonton & Sherwood Park)
• Delivery fees vary by zone
• Fairfolk Farm is not responsible for items left unattended after delivery
• Failed deliveries may be rescheduled at the farmer's discretion

7. Pickup

• Pickup is available at the farm during scheduled windows
• Orders not collected within the pickup window may be forfeited

8. Limitation of Liability

Fairfolk Farm is a small family farm. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions — allergens are listed on product pages. Please review product information carefully before ordering.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
